Description
The notified Resolution declares a health emergency in the national territory because of an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in domestic birds (backyard birds). These provisions will apply to all natural and/or legal persons keeping, in any capacity, commercial birds, fighting birds and/or backyard birds, as well as to live bird traders in the national territory.
