DUS DARS 834:2024, Dried fruits — Specification, First edition

This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for dried fruits intended for direct human consumption or for other use in the food industry.This Draft Uganda Standard is not applicable to dried fruits listed below:
a) dried apples
b) dried pears
c) dried peaches
d) dried sweet cherries
e) dried mulberries
f) dried Barberry
g) dried rosehipsNote: This Draft Uganda Standard was also notified to the TBT Committee.
