Resolución CNNC No 01-2024, Comisión Nacional de Normalización Técnica y Calidad (CNNC) (CNNC Resolution No. 01-2024, National Commission on Technical Standardization and Quality (CNNC))

Resolution of the CNNC, concerning the adoption in full of the international standards and code of practice of the Codex Alimentarius for fishery and aquaculture products, in accordance with the regulations for the development of technical standards and the work of National Committees, published in Official Journal La Gaceta No. 68 of 18 April 2024. The current versions of the following Codex Alimentarius texts are to be adopted as mandatory: • CXS 36, Standard for Quick Frozen Finfish, Uneviscerated and Eviscerated; • CXS 37, Standard for Canned Shrimps or Prawns; • CXC 52, Code of Practice for Fish and Fishery Products; • CXS 92, Standard for Quick Frozen Shrimps or Prawns; • CXS 95, Standard for Quick Frozen Lobsters.
