Proposed Revision of the "Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control"

The Minister of Food and Drug Safety may defer the acceptance of the import declaration in cases where it is deemed inappropriate to accept such declaration due to reasons, for example, the distribution of the declared products in the domestic market may cause the violation of domestic law, and etc.
