The notified draft Resolution establishes phytosanitary requirements for the importation into Colombia of in vitro and ex agar Ranunculus asiaticus plants for commercial use originating in and coming from the People's Republic of China. These provisions will apply to all natural or legal persons that import into Colombia in vitro and ex agar Ranunculus asiaticus plants for commercial use originating in and coming from China.
