Emergency measures to mitigate the risk of introducing Bactrocera dorsalis species complex and Erwinia amylovora

To prevent the introduction of Bactrocera dorsalis species complex and Erwinia amylovora into Japan, MAFF has taken emergency measures to prohibit the import of host plants of Bactrocera dorsalis species complex originated in Guyana and host plants of Erwinia amylovora originated in Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Details of the emergency measures are provided in the document attached.
