The draft Law of Ukraine "On Hops and Hop Products"

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Law of Ukraine No. 4341 "On Hops and Hop Products" of 27 March 2025.The Law was published on 18 April 2025 and will come into force on 18 April 2027, except for clauses 2 and 3 of the Section IX of this Law, which shall enter into force on 19 April 2025. Section IX of the Law contains provisions regarding the entry into force of the Law and the introduction of amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine to align it with international standards in the field of agriculture, particularly in such areas as plant varieties, plant quarantine, hop growing, veterinary medicine, viticulture, and other related sectors.
