This letter introduces temporary restrictions on the imports of certain animals susceptible to foot-and-mouth disease and products derived thereof, as well as on the transit of animals susceptible to foot-and-mouth disease from the State of Kuwait to the territory of the Russian Federation due to the deterioration of foot-and-mouth disease epizootic situation in the State of Kuwait.
