Proyecto de resolución "Por medio de la cual se modifican, derogan y adicionan algunas disposiciones a la Resolución ICA 1578 de 2022, con ocasión de la reentrada en vigencia de la Decisión Andina 483 de 2000" (Draft Resolution amending, repealing and adding certain provisions set forth in ICA Resolution No. 1578 of 2022 on the occasion of the re-entry into force of Andean Decision No. 483 of 2000)Colombia hereby notifies the draft Resolution amending, repealing and adding certain provisions set forth in Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 1578 of 2022 on the occasion of the re-entry into force of Andean Decision No. 483 of 2000, considering that ICA Resolution No. 1578 of 2022 contains provisions on company registration that supplement or contravene Andean Decision No. 483; as such, it is necessary to amend, repeal and add certain regulations in order to apply the Andean standard, which will ensure greater harmonization between local rules and Community guidelines, thereby creating a more coherent and predictable environment for companies operating in the region.
