The notified draft Resolution establishes phytosanitary requirements for the importation into Colombia of in vitro Rubus occidentalis L. plants originating in the United States of America, for sowing, commercial use and testing. These provisions will apply to all natural or legal persons that import into Colombia in vitro Rubus occidentalis L. plants originating in the United States of America, for sowing, commercial use and testing.
