Description
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) issued the Notice of Administration Order of Saudi Food and Drug Authority Ref. No. 24733 dated 1 December 2025 entitled “Temporary ban on importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Deux-Sèvres, Ain and Maine-et-Loire in France”. The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 33704 dated 29 January 2026, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Ain in France, based on the WOAH report dated 16 January 2026, indicating that Ain in France is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI).
