Description
G/SPS/N/GBR/78 of 18 December 2024 notified planned amendments to England, Scotland and Wales (Great Britain) assimilated legislation (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU)2019/2072) intended to come into force on 30 May 2025. Following the recommendations of a draft UK Pest Risk Analysis, Pochazia shantungensis will not be added to England, Scotland, and Wales (Great Britain) assimilated (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072) as a GB provisional quarantine pest.
