Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/117 (12 December 2014) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1040 of 30 June 2015 amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for azoxystrobin, dimoxystrobin, fluroxypyr, methoxyfenozide, metrafenone, oxadiargyl and tribenuron in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 167, 1 July 2015, pp. 10-56].
The Regulation applies from 21 January 2016.
