Maximum residue levels for captan, propiconazole and spiroxamine

The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/136/Add.1 (25 September 2015) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/452 of 29 March 2016 amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for captan, propiconazole and spiroxamine in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 79, 30 March 2016, pp. 10-27].
Draft MRLs for diethofencarb, mesotrione, metosulam, pirimiphos-methyl as notified in G/SPS/N/EU/136 (29 June 2015) have been published in Commission Regulation 2016/53 of 19 January 2016.

The draft MRL for captan was originally notified in G/SPS/N/EU/142 (9 July 2015), however a comment from one of the European Union's trading partners was received, and therefore this substance was voted at a later stage and the MRL for captan was published in Regulation 2016/452 that is hereby notified.
Draft MRLS for propiconazole and spiroxamine were originally notified in G/SPS/N/EU/136/Add.1 (25 September 2015) and have been published in Regulation 2016/452 that is hereby notified.

Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/452 applies from 19 October 2016.
