Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/138 (3 July 2015) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/55 of 19 January 2016 amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards certain flavouring substances (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 13, 20 January 2016, pp. 43-45].
Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/55 applies from 9 February 2016.
