Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/67 (4 March 2014) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) No 1148/2014 of 28 October 2014 amending Annexes II, VII, VIII, IX and X to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 308, 29 October 2014, pp. 79].
The Regulation applies from 18 November 2014.
