Description
The Republic of Chile hereby advises that the Agriculture and Livestock Service Resolution on "Phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Chile of sleepers made of red quebracho (Schinopsis balansae) wood from Argentina", the draft version of which was notified on 20 January 2016 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/CHL/518, was issued on 15 April 2016 pursuant to Resolution No. 1.867 and entered into force on 22 April 2016.
