Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/157 (22 February 2016) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/637 of 22 April 2016 amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards removal from the Union list of certain flavouring substances (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 108, 23 April 2016, pp. 24-27].
This Regulation applies from 13 May 2016.
