Maximum residue levels for atrazine and potassium thiocyanate in or on certain products

The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/144 (16 September 2015) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/440 of 23 March 2016 amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for atrazine in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 78, 24 March 2016, pp. 34-46].
The substance potassium thiocyanate was withdrawn from the proposal pending additional information on the natural occurrence of the substance.
The Regulation applies from 13 October 2016.
