Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/135 (29 June 2015) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1905 of 22 October 2015 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the dioxin testing of oils, fats and products derived thereof (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 278, 23 October 2015, pp. 5-10].
The Regulation applies from 12 November 2015.
