Description
Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) notified in G/SPS/N/THA/232 dated on 2 December 2015, has been adopted as notification of MOPH notification No. 375 regarding Import Requirement for Food with Risk from Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy in the Official Gazette dated 22 April 2016.
Date of entry into force: ninety days after being notified in the Official Gazette (21 July 2016).
