Add of prohibited host

The Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (QIA), Ministry for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) in the Republic of Korea, has added a host plant of Radopholus similis, one of the prohibited quarantine pest of the Republic of Korea, which is based on the result of Pest Risk Analysis (PRA).

The import of living underground part of Ficus benjamiana from the regions specified as below will be prohibited from the consignment with phytosanitary certificate, shipped on and after 28 June 2016.
