The Republic of Chile hereby advises that the Agriculture and Livestock Service Resolution "Phytosanitary requirements for the importation, temporary admission and transit of certain used machinery, and repeal of Resolution No. 2.979 of 2001", the draft version of which was notified on 25 February 2016 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/CHL/522, was issued on 13 June 2016 pursuant to Resolution No. 3.103 and entered into force upon publication in the Official Journal on 20 June 2016.Text available at: http://members.wto.org/crnattachments/2016/SPS/CHL/16_2534_00_s.pdf.
