Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens Strain PTA-4838; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance

This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain PTA-4838 on all food commodities when applied or used as a fungicide, nematocide, or plant growth regulator. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain PTA-4838.
