Health measure applicable to arsenic and arsenic compounds

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the draft Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution "Prohibiting arsenic and arsenic compounds in the guaranteed composition of certain animal feeds and veterinary drugs for species producing food for human consumption", notified on 28 October 2015 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/260, has been issued pursuant to Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 00007168 of 16 June 2016, which entered into force on 17 June 2016.
