Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/151 (14 December 2015) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1016 of 17 June 2016 amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for ethofumesate, etoxazole, fenamidone, fluoxastrobin and flurtamone in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 172, 29 June 2016, pp. 22-53].
The Regulation applies from 19 July 2016.
