Established Maximum Residue Limit: Cyprodinil

The proposed maximum residue limit (PMRL) document for cyprodinil notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/1008 (dated 8 April 2016) was adopted 3 July 2016. The proposed MRLs were established via entry into the Maximum Residue Limits Database and are provided directly below:

1.5 Guavas
1.03 Head and stem Brassica (Crop Subgroup 5A)
0.14 Pistachio nuts

1 The MRL is proposed to replace the currently established MRL of 2.0 ppm in/on CSG 13-07F.
2 The current MRL of 2.0 ppm in/on CG 12 will be extended to the revised CG 12-09.
3 The current MRL of 1.0 ppm in/on cabbage will be extended to CSG 5A.
4 The MRL is proposed to replace the currently established MRL of 0.05 ppm.

MRLs are established for each commodity included in the listed crop groupings in accordance with the Residue Chemistry Crop Groups webpage (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/pest/part/protect-proteger/food-nourriture/rccg-gcpcr-eng.php) in the Pesticides and Pest Management section of Health Canada's website.
