Establishment of phytosanitary requirements for the importation into Chile of natural fibre and substrate of Cocos nucifera of any origin, and amendment of Resolution No. 4.380 of 2007

The Republic of Chile hereby advises that the Agriculture and Livestock Service Resolution establishing phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Chile of natural fibre and substrate of Cocos nucifera of any origin, and amending Resolution No. 4.380 of 2007, the draft version of which was notified on 29 February 2016 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/CHL/523, was issued on 15 June 2016 pursuant to Resolution No. 3.154 and published in the Official Journal on 24 June 2016.
