Draft MOPH Notification, B.E..., entitled "Botanicals, animals or parts of botanicals or animals prohibited when used in food"

For consumer protection, the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) is proposing, based on the scientific evidence, that botanicals, animals or parts of botanicals or animals naturally which contain toxin or substance of concern for human health shall be prohibited to use in food as follows:
(1) List of Botanicals, animals or parts of botanicals or animals shall be prohibited to use in food as in annex of this notification;
(2) This notification shall come into force on the following date after its publication in the Royal Gazette.
