Turkish Food Codex Regulation on common approval procedure for food additives, food enzymes and food flavourings

The purpose of this Regulation is to determine the risk assessment procedure of food additives, food enzymes, food flavourings and source materials of food flavourings and of food ingredients with flavouring properties used or intended for use in foodstuffs and applications in this regard, by considering also the consumer and human health, consumer rights.
