Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Food Enzymes

The purpose of this Regulation is to specify the approved food enzymes list, the conditions of use of food enzymes in foods and the rules on the labelling of food enzymes sold as such; including such enzymes used as processing aids; by considering the protection of human health, consumer health and consumer rights, and fair practices in food trade, where appropriate, the protection of the environment.
