Sanitary measure establishing the requirements for the production, processing, importation, exportation, storage, marketing and/or use of seeds for sowing in Colombia

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 000970 of 10 March 2010 "Establishing the requirements for the production, processing, importation, exportation, storage, marketing and/or use of seeds for sowing in Colombia, and adopting monitoring-related and other provisions", notified on 14 April 2010 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/181/Add.1, was repealed on 7 September 2015 pursuant to Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 003168.Text available at: http://members.wto.org/crnattachments/2015/SPS/COL/15_4267_00_s.pdf.
