Reglamento de la Ley Federal de Sanidad Vegetal (Implementing regulations for the Federal Law on Plant Health)

The notified text seeks to regulate the provisions of the Federal Law on Plant Health with regard to the implementation, verification and certification of systems for the reduction of contamination risks in the primary production of plants, with the aim of ensuring an appropriate level of phytosanitary protection and the reduction of contamination risks in plants, and plant products and by-products in Mexico.
