Description
This addendum concerns the notification of adoption, publication, and entry into force of Ministerial Decree No. 256/2016 that gives producers and importers a six-month transitional period to comply with Egyptian standard ES 804/2016 "Canned Tuna and Bonito", previously notified in notification G/SPS/N/EGY/60 dated 3 March 2015 and addendum G/SPS/N/EGY/60/Add.1 dated 13 May 2015.
Egyptian standard ES 804/2016 "Canned Tuna and Bonito" supersedes ES No. 804/2005 "Canned Tuna and Bonito" that has already been mandated since 2005 by the Ministerial Decree No. 515/2005.
