Resolución Ejecutiva No. 006-2015 para identificación del uso de cubas de congelación en barcos atuneros (Executive Resolution No. 006-2015 on the use of freezer tanks on tuna-fishing vessels)

The notified Executive Resolution provides that the operators, licensees and/or shipowners of freezer vessels under the national flag that catch fish resources in international waters are required to comply with the provisions of Chapter IV, paragraph 2, of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
