Declaration of the pests that make up the pest complex affecting seed potatoes - potato leafroll virus (PLRV), potato virus Y (PVY), potato virus X (PVX), Ralstonia solanacearum, Meloidogyne spp. and Nacobbus aberrans - as regulated non-quarantine pests (RNQPs). These pests with RNQP status are subject to official control.
