Draft Regulation identifying animal health requirements applicable to imports of semen of domestic animals of the bovine species

This Regulation determines rules regarding animal health requirements for import of bovine sperma. This Regulation covers bovine health requirements to be implemented for the import of bovine sperma and the issues for preparation of list of authorized countries. This Regulation does not cover national zootechnical rules regarding distribution of sperma in particular and artificial insemination in general.
