Network of analysis and diagnostic laboratories in the context of sanitary and phytosanitary measures

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the draft Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution "Establishing the network of analysis and diagnostic laboratories in the context of sanitary and phytosanitary measures designed to strengthen the agricultural sector", notified on 22 November 2012 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/244, was issued on 4 September 2013 pursuant to Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 003823, which entered into force on 5 September 2013.
