Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/158 (14 March 2016) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1866 of 17 October 2016 amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for 3-decen-2-one, acibenzolar-S-methyl and hexachlorobenzene in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 286, 21 October 2016, pp. 4-31].
This Regulation applies from 10 May 2017.
