Amendment "Veterinary Health Certificate For Dairy Products Derived From Milk Of Cows, Ewes, Goats And Buffaloes For Human Consumption Intended For Exportation to the Republic of Turkey" and "Veterinary Health Certificate For Dairy Products For Human Consumption Intended for Exportation to the Republic of Turkey"

In accordance with section 7 - chapter 1 - Article 31 of Law No. 5996, rules, works, proceedings and certificate models with regard to veterinary and phytosanitary certificates and other certificates are determined by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock.
Based on Law No. 5996,the amendment is related with the revision in the Harmonised System (HS) Codes identified for the following veterinary health certificates being used to export milk and milk products to Turkey.
HS Codes 15.17, 22.02, 28.35 are added to "Explanatory Notes" (part I-Box.I.19) section of "Veterinary Health Certificate For Dairy Products Derived From Milk Of Cows, Ewes, Goats And Buffaloes For Human Consumption Intended For Exportation to the Republic of Turkey".
HS Codes 15.17, 19.01, 22.02, 28.35 are added to "Explanatory Notes" (part I-Box.I.19) section of "Veterinary Health Certificate For Dairy Products For Human Consumption Intended for Exportation to the Republic of Turkey".
Amended veterinary health certificates entered into force on 2 November 2016. Currently both versions can be used.
However, old versions will not be valid after 31 December 2016.
