Shipments must be accompanied by an official phytosanitary certificate issued by the country of origin. The product must be packed in unused sacks and properly identified.Upon arrival in the country, shipments will be subject to phytosanitary control by State Phytosanitary Service officials at the point of entry, who will verify compliance with the phytosanitary requirements and conditions applicable to the product.Failure to comply with the phytosanitary requirements established in this Resolution will be punishable under Law No. 7664 (Plant Protection Law) and its implementing regulations.
