Phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Mexico of sunflower (Helianthus annuus) seeds originating in and coming from Ecuador

Please be advised that, following the closure of the related consultation period and pursuant to the "Agreement establishing the module for phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of goods regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food in relation to plant health", published in the Mexican Official Journal on 7 February 2012, the phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus) originating in and coming from Ecuador entered into force on 2 December 2016.http://members.wto.org/crnattachments/2016/SPS/MEX/16_5124_00_s.pdf
