"Directive Related With the Definition and Decleration of Zones Free From Notifiable Avian Influenza Disease" and "Free of Avian Influenza Disease Zones"

This Directive determines the procedures and principles to define and declare zones free from Avian Influenza disease in order to protect animal and public health, provide safe animal origin production and to sustain international trade. This Directive also includes the procedures related with the definition of the zones that will be defined as zones free of Avian Influenza and inspection and survey procedures that will be realized.
