Notification of phytosanitary measures to reduce the risk of introduction of "Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum" through the importation of carrot (seed and seedling) and celery (seedling)

This is to inform that the emergency measures notified in G/SPS/N/JPN/383 dated 16 December 2014 have been in effect from 24 November 2016 as regular measures. This effect was notified in advance in G/SPS/N/JPN/438 dated 16 December 2015 specifically page 3 of the attachment and G/SPS/N/JPN/438/Add.1 dated 24 May 2016.
