Notification of phytosanitary measures to reduce the risk of introduction of Xylella fastidiosa through the importation of plants for planting (excluding seed and fruit) of the host of X. fastidiosa

This is to inform that the emergency measures notified in G/SPS/N/JPN/405 dated 7 May 2015, G/SPS/N/JPN/405/Corr.1 dated 2 June 2015 and G/SPS/N/JPN/405/Add.1 dated 24 July 2015 has been in effect from 24 November 2016 as regular measures. This effect was notified in advance in G/SPS/N/JPN/438 dated 16 December 2015 specifically page 3 of the attachment and G/SPS/N/JPN/438/Add.1 dated 24 May 2016.
