Established Maximum Residue Limit: Spinetoram

The proposed maximum residue limit (PMRL) document for spinetoram notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/1067 (dated 21 October 2016) was adopted 15 January 2017. The proposed MRLs were established via entry into the Maximum Residue Limits Database and are provided directly below:

MRL (ppm)1 Raw Agricultural Commodity (RAC) and/or Processed Commodity
1.02 Sweet cherries, tart cherries

1 ppm = parts per million
2 The MRLs of 1.0 ppm replace the currently established MRLs of 0.2 ppm in/on sweet cherries and tart cherries.
