Costa Rican Technical Regulation (RTCR) No. 484:2016: Regulations governing the registration, use and control of formulated synthetic pesticides, technical grade active ingredients, processing aids and related substances for agricultural use

This Technical Regulation, notified on 11 July 2016 in document G/SPS/N/CRI/172, establishes the regulations, general principles and procedures governing the registration process, use and control of formulated synthetic pesticides, technical grade active ingredients, processing aids and related substances for agricultural use. It seeks to ensure that these products, as well as products of mineral origin, inorganic salts and the primary packaging thereof, are registered prior to importation, manufacturing, formulation, storage, distribution, transportation, repacking, repackaging, handling, blending, sale and use.
