Fresh jujubes for human consumption from China

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) has published import conditions for fresh jujubes (Ziziphus jujuba) from China for human consumption.This approval has followed completion of a pest risk analysis published in January 2020 and establishment of agreed phytosanitary measures with the exporting country.Agreed phytosanitary measures and import conditions for fresh jujubes from China can be found in the BICON case 'Fresh jujubes for human consumption'.Importers must hold a valid permit. An import permit may be obtained by submitting an import permit application to the department using the 'Apply Now' button at the bottom of the BICON case.
