Description
The document contains information on the implementation of new import requirements for fresh betel leaves, fresh chillies and fresh durian into Malaysia.
Importation of the listed commodity is exempted from IP and PC if the consignment arrives in Malaysia and declaration of bill of lading/airway is made before 31 December 2016.
Full implementation shall commence from 1 March 2017.
