Amendment to the phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Peru of rice grains in the husk from the United States of America

The National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA) hereby advises that Directorial Resolution No. 0003-2017-MINAGRI-SENASA-DSV, which amends subparagraph 2.1.1. of the Single Article of Directorial Resolution No. 0023-2015-MINAGRI-SENASA-DSV, was published in the Official Journal El Peruano on 26 January 2017. The additional declaration required on phytosanitary certificates accompanying imports of rice grains in the husk from the United States of America now reads as follows: "The rice in the husk has been inspected and is considered to be free from quarantine pests".Text available at: http://members.wto.org/crnattachments/2017/SPS/PER/17_0715_00_s.pdf.
